What is The Portal? The Portal is a passageway connecting Bakery Square to Penn Avenue! It's located at the end of Bakery Square Boulevard near the South Garage. It is home to an art gallery, the Experience Center, and Bakery Office 1.0 Lobby!  Loyalty Program:

Instructions to sign up for our punch card loyalty program will be available at check-in. For every session you attend, you will receive a punch. When you receive eight punches, you will receive a yoga mat carrier! About the Instructor: Cara Bessko

Cara Bessko is an experienced yoga teacher with over twenty years of teaching experience. With a strong foundation in Hatha Yoga traditions, Cara's style combines deep slow vinyasa, embodied challenge, and elements of Yin and restorative practices. Her teaching approach emphasizes anatomy, alignment, somatics, therapeutics, and trauma-informed work. Cara has worked with a diverse range of individuals, from professional athletes to differently-abled children and adults. Whether teaching in corporate settings, private sessions, or virtually, she believes in the healing power of yoga and the importance of breathwork. Cara's integrative sessions incorporate whole body and brain yoga therapy, movement, stillness, breath work, mantra, visualization, crystal singing bowls, and EMDR modalities to help individuals regain control of their lives. With a focus on creating a safe and non-judgmental space, Cara's classes offer modifications, step-by-step guidance, and stress relief techniques.
