  • Where can I find City Kitchen?
    You can find us at Bakery Square Plaza, located at 145 Bakery Square Bivd, Pittsburgh, PA 15206.
  • Are gift cards available?
    Yes, indeed! Purchase gift cards at our bar, and they can be used at all the restaurants and the bar itself.
  • Do I need to leave tips?
    Tipping is optional for groups with fewer than 10 people. For parties of 10 or more, a 20% gratuity will be automatically applied to the bill.
  • Can I bring my own alcohol?
    City Kitchen is not a BYOB establishment.
  • Can I bring outside food in?
    Unfortunately, outside food is not permitted due to health code regulations. This includes food from our neighboring establishments like AVP, Tako, etc.
  • How can I place an order?
    For those dining in, simply scan the QR code at your table or order directly from the kitchens. If you're looking for take-out, find the link at the top of our homepage.
  • Can children sit at the bar?
    Per our house policy, children are not allowed to sit at the bar, even under adult supervision.
  • Do you have a lost and found box?
    Absolutely. If you've lost an item, please reach out with a description, and we'll assist you promptly.
  • Do you have Happy Hours?
    Yes, we have Happy Hours every weekday from 4:00-6:00 pm. Check out our menu for more details.
  • I forgot to close my tab.
    What should I do? Don't worry! Any open tabs are automatically settled at the end of the night, with a 20% gratuity added.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
